Up to six student interns will be hired to support educational programming and community engagement. The interns will work directly with Extension professionals and staff in Columbiana, Stark, and Mahoning Counties to address community-based issues. The interns will assist with educational materials, conducting community-based programs, and participate in professional and public meetings. Students will work up to 38 hours per week.
Two of the six positions are available at the OSU Extension Stark County Office located in Massillon, Ohio-one in 4-H Youth Development and one in Agriculture and Natural Resources/Horticulture. Additionally, two positions are available at both OSU Extension Mahoning County in Canfield and OSU Extension Columbiana County in Lisbon as well.
