How to schedule a post in the Meta Business Suite

  • Login at: https://business.facebook.com/ and click on the calendar icon to go to the Planner.
  • Click on the down arrow next to the Create button and choose ‘Create post’ (or Create story’).
  • Enter your post text, add your photo, and click the down arrow next to ‘Publish’.
  • Choose ‘Schedule Post” and enter the date and time you want the post to be published.
  • Double check your story settings and click ‘Schedule Post”. The story appear under the date when you scheduled it.
