This plot clearly shows the AEV accelerating, then decelerating, the accelerating again, before stopping the motors completely. This aligns with what the code contains.
Energy vs Distance Plot
Graphing Power vs Distance gives a good general measure of how efficient our AEV is. We want to spend as little power as possible to travel as far as possible. The lower we can get this line, the better.
The steps in the code are:
Accelerate for 3 seconds to 25% power
Decelerate to 20%
Flip the direction of motion
Speed back up to 25%
