- The faculty advisor will inform the student when the written component of the DNE Final Project draft proposal is ready for review by the committee members. This signifies that the student may complete the Application for Professional Examination.
- Students will access the “Application for Professional Examination” form via the Graduate School’s electronic submission process, Grad Forms, and complete their information. When completing the form, indicate 109 Newton Hall as the “Room number.” All applications for the Professional Examination must be submitted by the student no later than three weeks prior to the scheduled oral component of the examination.
- The faculty advisor must approve the application via Grad Forms no later than two weeks prior to the oral component of the DNE Professional Examination. By approving the form, the faculty advisor is indicating the student is ready for the examination and that all members have agreed to, and are aware of, the commitment and procedures involved.
- Once the date is approved, please contact the DNE Academic Program Specialist, who will obtain a Zoom link from the academic advisor for the Professional Examination.
