ERGs are self-determined associations of faculty and staff organized around a specific diversity dimension. ERGs are established by faculty and staff members to assist the medical center in meeting its goals and objectives. Ohio State Wexner Medical Center recognizes and supports ERGs organized around the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, region of origin, life stage, physical challenge and sexual orientation.

The mission of the Diversabilities ERG is to be a welcoming and inclusive space for employees with disabilities, as well as caregivers, advocates and allies of individuals with disabilities. We strive to promote disability inclusion, best practices and provide education to OSU and OSUWMC.
