IMPLICIT BIAS RESOURCES

The Kirwan Institute has created three editions of the research review, State of the Science: Implicit Bias Review, which expose a number of the distressing impacts of implicit racial bias and the ways in which this phenomenon creates and reinforces racialized barriers to opportunity. These publications include ways to mitigate implicit biases.

Each year, The Women’s Place produces a comprehensive report on the status of women at Ohio State. The theme of the 2014-15 status report (PDF) is steps you can take to reduce implicit bias and the report highlights actions taken by the College of Medicine, College of Engineering and Provost’s Office as examples.
