Advisors Do Not:

  • Call or make contact with a campus resource on behalf of the student

  • Know how a course will be graded other than the grade scale listed in buckeyelink
  • Know the teaching style, preferences, or strengths of specific instructors for a course
  • Tell a student what course of action is best for them, however we will assist students in weighing the different factors to consider when making a decision

My Assigned Advisor:

You will be assigned an academic advisor in the College of Nursing by mid-August.  The name of your advisor will be posted to your Buckeyelink account.

Please note, it may take 2-3 business days for an advisor to reply to your email.  During peak season (summer, early autumn and during registration season), the response timeline may be extended to one week as well as the wait period for appointments.  We encourage you to plan accordingly, and we very much appreciate your patience.
