Hi! My name is Shelby Denison. I am originally from Hartford, Connecticut and moved to Aurora, Ohio in 2000. I graduated Aurora High School with an Honors Diploma and Cum Laude in May 2016 (The picture to the left is from graduation night with my little cousin Luc). I was also in National Honors Society and Key Club during my years at Aurora. I am attending the Ohio State University in hopes of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. I also plan to move onto a Master’s degree after graduating.
As an only child I’ve been given many opportunities to travel the world with my parents. I’ve been to over 20 countries and I plan of visiting more (maybe even study abroad in some). I feel that traveling is an amazing way to meet new people, learn new things, and understand many different cultures. In addition, my family is currently working on the paperwork to get Italian passports. This would give me the opportunity to work and live in the European Union as well as the United States.
