EquiSTEP – Equine Safety Course Requirement
- Available online at EquiSTEP
- Each participant will need their own unique email address and most school email accounts will block messages from outside of the school district. If a member has previously enrolled in EquiSTEP, they will not need to re-enroll
- Defiance County 4-H horse projects must complete by June 1, 2023.
HORSE FORMS – Due June 1
- 2023 Horse ID and Vaccination On-Line Registration
– will need to upload one photo of head shot of horse with 4-H member PLUS one profile photo of horse - 2023: Horse 5-Way Vaccination required. Put documentation in Horse Record Book
- EquiSTEP course online – Link to course is at top of page.
- Horse Identification Form (.pdf) One form for each horse – print and drop off. The Horse ID form is also a part of the on-line registration in first bullet.
