The Ohio State Department of Entomology Insect Night Walk is held in Wooster, Ohio and attracts curious students and their parents for a night of insect-themed fun! Graduate students have the opportunity to propose and create a table on some topic of interest, so I hosted a table on insect sampling with GIS tools. I created a Survey123 form for families to fill out as they found different types of insects at the event and hosted a dashboard with their data at my station. It was a fun night to sample for bugs, and great observations were found all around!
