Diversity Appreciation Week (3/27 – 3/31)

Mark your calendars for the very first Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine Diversity Appreciation Week (3/27 – 3/31) sponsored by the 2026 Student Government Diversity & Inclusion Co-Chairs, SAVMA, VOICE and the Student Leaders for Inclusive Excellence. During this week of celebration, we are highlighting the diversity that enriches our college every day. The planning committee is united in our goal to promote an atmosphere of inclusivity and respect for all individuals in our profession. While working towards this goal, our individual paths and experiences may be filled with moments of trial, triumph, and camaraderie. These are the very moments that make us proud and strong members of the OSU CVM community.

Join us in celebrating these experiences by learning about the unique journeys of our speakers and ways we can help our profession reflect the diversity of our clients. We will be culminating this week of celebration with a talent show highlighting our incredible students and professors (see schedule of events for sign up). We are proud to be part of one of the most diverse veterinary student bodies in the country and hope you can join us in celebrating what it means to be a Buckeye!
