My name is Haylee Cross and I’m from a small suburb of Columbus called Pataskala, OH. I graduated from Watkins Memorial high school in 2018. During my high school years, I was involved in organizations such as athletic teams, student council, NHS, Project M.O.R.E., German club and Drug Free club. In addition to school organizations, I also volunteered my time as captain of the Watkins Memorial varsity cheerleading team to coach a local mini cheerleading team and also spent three years of my high school career employed at a local dog kennel as a shift leader. My goals at The Ohio State University include graduating as a biological sciences scholar and earning my Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences. I plan to continue my academic career to graduate school in order to receive my Pharm.D. on a focused drug discovery and research pathway.
