Conference Shuttle Service (pdf)
We will provide free shuttle service to and from the conference venue and Fairfield Inn and Suites (3031 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio) at the following times. There will be buses that fit approximately 25 people running between the hotel and conference site. We encourage participants to take one of the shuttles on/by 8 a.m. to avoid any potential delays with the registration process. The buses will depart from the front of the hotel directly outside the main lobby and run continuously between the event sites every 15 minutes. It takes approximately 10 – 15 minutes from the hotel to arrive at the conference locations depending on traffic.
