Fireside chat area – This area can be reserved for small groups to watch something comfortably together and discuss! The large screen is great for a movie, tv, or concert showing. It can also be used as a presentational space.

Conversation Table – Conversation tables in the café can be reserved for one-time or weekly use for clubs or classes. The conversation tables are designed for language students to come together and practice their studies through speaking! Groups can also take advantage of the nearby TV screens.

Courtyard – The outdoor courtyard space can be reserved for events for groups big and small! Please remember that you are responsible for set up and clean up.

Table(s) – You may reserve long tables for your event. Before your event you must visit the CLLC in 100 Hagerty Hall for access to the tables. After, you are responsible for returning them to 100 Hagerty Hall as well.

Gallery Space – The indoor gallery space can also be reserved for events. Please remember that you are responsible for set up and clean up.

Outdoor Movie Night – Departments can reserve our Outdoor Movie night set up! This includes the projector, movie screen, and speaker. The Department is responsible for the movie materials as well as the device for playing (i.e. laptop for streaming). Please give at least two weeks advanced notice for the movie night to assure all accessibility and technology needs are met.
