About Me
Hello! I am Aubrey Crabb and I am from Bay Village, Ohio, just twenty minutes west of Cleveland. I am a first-year student at OSU and I’m loving it already! I plan on majoring in Chemistry, then going on to get my PhD in the subject. In the future, I hope to go into research and work in a lab as my career. Growing up, I always loved math and science, participating in many summer STEM camps throughout my elementary and middle school years. I just love learning about the science around us! In college, I hope to participate in research through the school and maybe become a TA. Outside of academics, I love to run, read, be outside, play card games, and just have fun with others. I hope to get involved in many ways on campus. I’m currently in running club, Advocates for Women of the World, Chemistry Club, and I hope to join a club for women in science. I am also a part of the Environmental and Natural Resources Scholars Program. I love to be outside and enjoy the world. I enjoy outdoor recreation, including camping, rock climbing, hiking, running, biking, hammocking, kayaking, high ropes courses, and more. Really anything that provokes enjoyment, calmness, or a thrill from the environment, I’m down to at least try. I also care about sustainability and environmental protection, and I hope to learn more through this scholars program about how I can be more green. I’m super excited about my next years at OSU and I can’t wait to see what new experiences I gain!
