Who Should Submit?
Individuals and agencies with experience in quality improvement, performance management and/or workforce development in the public sector are encouraged to submit. Preference will be provided to submissions affiliated with Ohio local public health departments.
There is no cost for abstract submission. However, presenters will have to register for the conference and pay the conference registration fee ($95).
Submitting your Abstract
Sessions/Posters must focus on the relevance of topics listed below to: quality improvement, performance management, innovation, and/or workforce development (e.g. Topic area is Public Health Processes, Environmental Health. Focus is on a QI project implemented within a local health agency’s Environmental Health division). You will submit your abstract using an online form (link at the bottom of this page).

- Community Collaborations
Please allow time to complete the form and submit your abstract in its entirety. You will not be able to close out and return as incomplete forms will not be saved or reviewed. We recommend you draft your responses in a word document and transfer your answers once they are ready for submission. You may download a copy of the questions here to prepare for the submission process.
Submissions must be received no later than August 5, 2019 at 11:59 pm. All submissions will be notified of decision no later than August 19th, 2019. Abstracts from organizations in Ohio will receive preference.
