G.O.A.L.S.: Academic Enrichment

Ever since I was younger, I have always wanter to better and expand my education. I graduated from a community college at 18 concurrently as from my high school with both: my Associates’ of Arts degree and my High School Diploma; earning my CPR and First Aid certifications along the way.

Now that I am a student at The Ohio State University, I have continued my education, taking a variety of Social Work and Psychology classes to continue my goal of earning my dual Bachelors’ degrees in both Social Work and Psychology, to be able to go into foster care or psychology to be able to help, advocate, and care for those who may not have someone who can help them do so for themselves, within four years and continue on this journey to ear my Masters’ of Social Work just one year later and then hopefully continue on with developmental or clinical psychology and psychological research.

My education is a very long journey that is extremely important to me, to continue to meet this goal and better myself and my education, I plan to continue to take the classes that go along with my major and interests, continue to seek and hopefully be a part of various research opportunities, and seek internships and placements that will help not only me but those whom I am here for and here to help with.
