Waters Acquity UPLC with PDA and QDA Detectors

  • Walk-up Access: OpenLynx software allows users to queue samples using pre-made methods and receive data by email when their run is completed.
  • High Throughput: The UPLC front end allows for significantly shorter run times than equivalent HPLC methods.
  • PDA UV-VIs Detector: Detect UV absorbance across a broad range of wavelengths. Find your compounds without needing to identify a specific lambda max.
  • QDa Single Quadrupole MS: ESI ion source provides broad ionization capabilities. Quadrupole mass detector can observe ions ranging from 35 to 1250 m/z.
  • Demonstrated proficiency on this instrument is required before users will be trained on more complex MS systems.
