What I learned this week was about the students in the class that I am working with.
How I will use this knowledge in the future is to incorporate group activities in my classroom.
What is the relative advantage of using group forums technology? It allows students to collaborate
electronically. It also allows for students and instructor to see everyone’s participation.
I wonder what would happen if I used skype in the classroom.
Week 3
What I learned this week was about different levels of knowledge that are contained by the different
generation levels. Obviously, the younger generation has more technological experience than older
generations.
How I will use this knowledge in the future is to be aware of each learner’s technology experience
when planning my lessons.
What is the relative advantage of using group learning technology? It can allow for collaboration of
users.
I wonder what would happen if I used no technology in the classroom.

What I learned this week was about different types of search engines that exist and the most efficient
way to search.
How I will use this knowledge in the future is to teach students the most efficient ways to search and
tools to use.
What is the relative advantage of using google documents technology? It is a way to create documents
that can be shared by all users.
I wonder what would happen if I used google chrome in the classroom.

What I learned this week was about different types of presentation software that can be used in the
classroom.
How I will use this knowledge in the future is to create presentations with more advanced presentation
software other than Power Point.
What is the relative advantage of using blogging technology? It can allow for better communication to
students.
I wonder what would happen if I used a blogging site in the classroom.

What I learned this week was about different types of software that is used by educators.
How I will use this knowledge in the future is to incorporate software in the classroom. Things such
as Moodle and mobile apps.
What is the relative advantage of using examview technology? This is exam creation software that
allows you to create quizzes and tests so that you can share them with your students.
I wonder what would happen if I used socrates mobile app in the classroom.

What I learned this week was about difficulties incorporating software in the schools.
How I will use this knowledge in the future is to be aware of the legalities involved when
incorporating different types of software.
What is the relative advantage of using moodle technology? It is software that can be used like
facebook for communicating, but is safe to use in the classroom since there is a limit on the users
who have access to it.
I wonder what would happen if I used edmundo in the classroom.

What is the relative advantage of using prezi technology? I can use prezi a way to create interactive
lessons for my user.

your own technology can utilize mobile apps such as socrates to respond to quiz type questions created
by the teacher.
