Based on the “Best Jobs for You” quiz on Payscale.com, I found two jobs which may be suitable for me: Creative services manager and Graphic Design manager. Next, I want to talk about each job: some date I attached and my feeling about these jobs.

According to the web: PayScale, average Creative Services Manager salary is $66,603. It contends that “Creative services managers are in charge of managing creative output – from concept to production – for their organization.” Managers need to point out some creative concepts and contents to clients and executives in order to help companies develop and they are supposed to provide creative materials for future advertisements. As for the abilities, it is important for creative services manager to master the knowledge about marketing, communications, and advertising.
I believe that creative services manager suits for me. First of all, the salary of this job is enough for me to have a relatively high quality of life and I also can save some money every month to deal with emergencies. What’s more, innovating can make me excited instead of being board because I just do the same work over and over again and I can see the benefits of my creative ideas which can give me satisfaction. And I am good at communicate with people and I believe that I can develop strong business relationships with internal staff. However, my major is mathematics which does not meet the requirement of this job. If I want to be qualified for creative services manager, I need to learn more knowledge about economy such as how to analyze the market and how to design an advertisement according to the needs, preferences, and ages of the target customers.
Graphic Design Manager
Graphic design managers approve all materials coming from their department, including items as diverse as sales circulars, point-of-sale advertisements, web pages, and signs.” PayScale says. The average salary of graph design manager is $53,800. For graphic design managers, it is indispensable to master drawing software and image processing software such as PS, AI, CDR and InDesign, and they also need to have professional knowledge of graphic design. Then, these managers are supposed to have strong practical ability, creative ability, and communicate ability.

As for me, becoming a graphic design manager is a good choice for me in the future. Firstly, I can accept the salary of this job. Although the salary is not very high, it is enough to cover my usual expenses. And I also can take some money to invest in order to obtain more money. Secondly, I believe I have these abilities. I often create some produces in my free time: I come up a new idea, then draw the drawings, find some materials I can use, and make produces according to my drawings finally. In addition, I have good communication skills and it is easy for me to deal with various people. Finally, my major mathematics can help me to master a lot of require knowledge and learn some necessary software. When people design a graph, they need some mathematics knowledge such as vector formulas and golden section. However, I also need to learn professional knowledge of graphic design in the future so that I can do this job well. All in all, this job is quite suitable for me.
