Finally, I have my thought
I’m major in the Environment Science, so I have seen some pictures of birds trapping in the nests of those farmers made to protect their own lands.
Like…
- they struggle so hard in the first, even break their wings,
- but few can escape from the net.
- Lots of them becomes tired and tired, then stop moving, just like a sculpture.
- Always they are screaming, mouth is opened, and body is twist in an abnormal form.
Otherwise, I’ve search for the other sculptures, like Jatayu made by Indian
- the beak is opened, like it’s screaming
- the position of the bird is its belly up, helpless
- The wings of it are open wide, like it’s struggling all the time.
Then, I’ve found the photos taken by Stephen Gill.
I’ve seen those free birds are so beautiful, their profiles are so natural and gentle
- Opened wings (so that I think those birds will opened their wings before hits on the net)
- Compare to the natured and gentle profiles, I think the birds in the net is twist and rigid.
- Their feathers are lined up in orders, so that I think in the net, their feathers are disordered and messed up.
