Before 2:45PM – Arrive to Columbus & check in at the hotel
2:45PM-3PM – Visitation weekend check-in with Nick outside of room 130 in the Chemical, Biomolecular Engineering, and Chemistry (CBEC) building at 151 W. Woodruff Ave.
3PM-3:30PM – Opening remarks from Dr. Chris Thomas, Vice Chair for Graduate Studies, Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry
3:30PM – Visiting students are matched with their Chemistry graduate student host
3:30PM-5:00PM – Chemistry Graduate student leadership groups and informal panel discussion about graduate student life
5:30PM – Poster session at the Blackwell
7:00PM – Dinner at the Blackwell
Saturday, March 12th
8:30AM-9AM – Breakfast will be available in the lobby of CBEC. This is casual and visiting students can arrive any time between 8:30AM and 9:00AM.
