Catalina Martinez from NOAA: Research in deep-sea exploration and a unique career path as a woman of color in STEM

Join the Ohio State SACNAS Chapter and ODI on Thursday, November 21st as we host National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) regional program manager, Catalina Martinez. Catalina will deliver a keynote lecture detailing her research at NOAA and scientific journey as a Latina in STEM at 10:00 am in the MBI Auditorium. Later at 4:00 pm also in the MBI Auditorium, we are also hosting a screening + discussion led by Catalina Martinez of the film “Can We Talk?
