I did find composing a digital essay through the medium of a website challenging. However, designing the website was much easier than I expected. The difference of using a website as a medium was that I had to include a very large number of sources and assets, each of which I had to explain. I developed rhetorical skills through analyzing different texts, videos, and images. For technological skills, I think designing a website was the only skill I learned, but it is a very important skill that could definitely be useful in the future. I decided to create my asset by deciding on what would be a topic not covered a ton on this website. Since everything else has just been going into detail about how to use ChatGPT for education and what it can do, I decided I needed to definitely do something else for my asset. Because of this, I decided to make a guide on how to analyze data, since I think it’s a very important skill today.
