The 8th annual ArboBlitz tree planting event, a service learning event for students, faculty and staff, will take place on the west side of the Ag Admin Building, along both sides of Fyffe Road between Lane Avenue and Woody Hayes Drive.
Currently, we are removing some of the concrete to visually enhance Fyffe Road, which will increase green space. As part of ArboBlitz, we will install 20-25 native trees, and remove three invasive Callery Pears.
ArboBlitz will be held on Friday, Oct. 26, 1-4 p.m. We are hoping that students from CFAES and the University’s STEP program will join us to plant a tree and leave a living legacy on our campus.
