Friday, February 10, 2017 12 noon – 4 p.m.
Hale Center, MLK Lounge

The Collaborative @OSU is part of a national coalition of institutions committed to supporting and advancing research addressing the lives of women and girls of color. We are excited to bring together OSU researchers to build a university-wide research and learning community focused on the lives of women and girls of color.

We are honored to have Professor Patricia Hill Collins, Distinguished University Professor at the University of Maryland and a leading scholar in the study of intersectionality as an analytical approach deliver the luncheon keynote address, Sharpening Intersectionality’s Critical Edge.

Following the keynote address, we will engage in breakout conversations aimed at building our research and learning community by identifying collective goals, research needs, and potential research collaborations.

This university-wide event is open to all OSU researchers. To attend the event, please RSVP by clicking here.

Lunch begins at 12 noon and the program and keynote address will begin promptly at 12:30 p.m.
