Barbara K Fergus Women in Leadership Lecture Series
The Diversity Dilemma featuring Irshad Manji

For acclaimed author and educator, Irshad Manji, diversity doesn’t stop at demographics. Being truly inclusive means we must equip ourselves to explore different points of view within identity groups. Here’s the diversity dilemma: How do we hold honest and therefore occasionally offensive conversations in our era of righteous rancor? According to Prof. Manji, it starts with developing moral courage in ourselves. In this latest Barbara K. Fergus Leadership Lecture, Irshad Manji will guide us through the taboo-riddled terrain. Expect to be inspired, unsettled and invited to disagree – in the name of real diversity.
