The DACUM International Training Center held a face-to-face institute to train learning and development professionals at Los Alamos National Laboratories in the DACUM methodology for job and occupational analysis. The institute took place over five days: May 13-17, 2024. There were 11 trainees and they completed a final application activity on May 16 & 17, producing a DACUM chart using a panel of Subject-Matter Experts (SME).
