The DACUM International Training Center held a face-to-face institute to train learning and development professionals from COTA (Central Ohio Transit Authority) in the DACUM methodology for job and occupational analysis. The institute took place over five days: December 12-16, 2022. There were 11 trainees and they completed a final applications activity on December 15& !6, 2022, producing a DACUM chart using a panel of Subject-Matter Experts (SME).
