The DACUM International Training Center held a face-to-face institute to train learning and development professionals in the DACUM methodology for job and occupational analysis. The institute took place over five days: September 23-27, 2024. There were 10 trainees and they completed a final application activity on September 26 & 27, producing a DACUM chart using a panel of Subject-Matter Experts (SME).
