The DACUM International Training Center conducted a DACUM Virtual Institute to train learning and development professionals in the DACUM methodology for job and occupational analysis. The institute took place over 11 weeks: February 6-April 14, 2023. There were 6 trainees and they completed a final application activity on July 31 – August 4, producing a DACUM chart using a panel of Subject-Matter Experts (SME).
