The DACUM International Training Center conducted a DACUM Virtual Institute for Medtronic to train learning and development professionals in the DACUM methodology for job and occupational analysis. The institute took place over 11 weeks: June 5-August 16, 2024. There were 7 trainees and they completed a final application activity on August 12-16, producing a DACUM chart using a panel of Subject-Matter Experts (SME).
