The DACUM International Training Center conducted a DACUM Virtual Institute to train learning and development professionals in the DACUM methodology for job and occupational analysis. The institute took place over 11 weeks: September 25-December 1, 2023. There were 9 trainees and they completed a final application activity on December 4-8 and December 12-14, producing a DACUM chart using a panel of Subject-Matter Experts (SME).
