The DACUM International Training Center held a face-to-face institute for the Alabama HBCU Consortium to train learning and development professionals in the DACUM methodology for job and occupational analysis. The institute took place over five days: September 25-29, 2023. There were 9 trainees and they completed a final application activity on September 28 & 29, producing a DACUM chart using a panel of Subject-Matter Experts (SME).
