The DACUM International Training Center held a face-to-face institute to train learning and development professionals at Los Alamos National Laboratory in the DACUM methodology for job and occupational analysis. The institute took place over five days: July 17-21, 2023. There were 12 trainees and they completed a final application activity on July 20 & 21, producing a DACUM chart using a panel of Subject-Matter Experts (SME).
