The DACUM International Training Center held a face-to-face institute to train learning and development professionals in the DACUM methodology for job and occupational analysis. The institute took place over five days: July 10-14, 2023. There were 8 trainees and they completed a final application activity on July 13 & 14, producing a DACUM chart using a panel of Subject-Matter Experts (SME).
