The DACUM International Training Center held a face-to-face DACUM workshop to identify the job duties and tasks performed by Vehicle Maintenance Supervisors (4 SMES) and Vehicle Maintenance Technicians (4 SMEs) at COTA (Central Ohio Transit Authority). This workshop serviced as the final application activity for the 11 participants of the five-day DACUM Institute. The DACUM Workshop took place over two days: December 15 & 16, 2022. There were 8 SMEs and 11 trainee facilitators that produced DACUM charts using panels of Subject-Matter Experts.
