The DACUM International Training Center held a face-to-face Institute to train learning and development professionals at the South Carolina Technical College System in the DACUM methodology for job and occupational analysis. The Institute took place over five-days: October 24-28, 2022. There were 12 trainees and they completed a final application activity on October 27 & 28, producing a DACUM chart using a panel of subject matter experts.
