DACUM Virtual Institute: Fall 2025

The DACUM International Training Center conducted a DACUM Virtual Institute to train learning and development professionals in the DACUM methodology for job and occupational analysis. The institute took place over 11 weeks: September 15-November 21, 2025. There were 5 trainees and they completed a final application activity on December 1-5, 2025, producing a DACUM chart using a panel of Subject-Matter Experts (SME).

SCID Workshops – September 2025

The DACUM International Training Center held a SCID Virtual Institute for learning and development professionals that guided them in the creation of curricular components using data from a DACUM job or occupational analysis. The institute took place over eight weeks: September 22 to November 14, 2025. There were 3 participants who completed six performance assignments: Task Analysis, Learning Objectives, Curriculum Outline, Curriculum Component (storyboard, slides, or on-the-job training manual), Performance Assessment, and Rubric.
