UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON:

Tenure track Assistant Professor in Sculpture to start Fall 2017. Salary and benefits competitive. We are seeking an artist whose practice focuses on ceramic investigations within the context of contemporary sculpture. Requires MFA degree, college level teaching experience, technical knowledge in ceramics and active record of professional achievement (exhibitions, commissions, publications, grants, etc.). Ability and willingness to teach ceramics courses at the undergraduate and graduate level. Responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the ceramics studio of the sculpture program. The UH Art Department offers BFA and MFA degrees in sculpture and promotes opportunities with the active art community in Houston.
