Clinical Opportunity for Bilingual Pre-Health Students

The Community Interpreter (TCI) is the leading program for medical interpreters in the US. This 40-hour program is highly interactive, skills-based, and incorporates the latest advances in the field.

This program typically costs $375-690, but Vocalize Columbus is holding a session in May 2023 completely free of charge. This session will be held virtually over two weekends in May.

Please note that all interpreters trained in this session must then volunteer remotely with Vocalize Columbus for at least 25 hours within 6 months.

Sign up by April 14th 11:59pm EST.

For those who cannot attend the session in May, Vocalize Columbus offers a scholarship for a 40 hour asynchronous training accreditation.

Vocalize Columbus is a growing nonprofit organization led by students at OSU striving to improve access to free medical interpretation services for Columbus free clinics.
