FOCUS is hosting a Salary Negotiation Workshop in honor of Women’s History Month and Women’s Equal Pay day.
The workshop will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, March 1st from 6 – 8 pm at the Ohio Union, Round Meeting Room.
During the workshop you will learn more about:
- The Gender Pay Gap
- Conducting market research for target salary
- Identifying and articulating your personal value
- Developing your own negotiation responses and strategies
This workshop will be facilitated by Madison Eagle (eagle.41@osu.edu) in collaboration with The Center for Belonging and Social Change.
