OSU’s Post-baccalaureate Research Education Program (PREP) is extending its deadline to apply. PREP prepares post-baccalaureate students for graduate school by providing one year of paid research experience. Accepted students will work with a mentor, and will also be provided with preparation assistance for the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) and graduate school applications, career development workshops, and opportunities to travel and network with other scientists across the nation.
The application deadline will remain open until all slots are filled.

The Ohio State University offers a Post-baccalaureate Research Program called Discovery Prep, perfect for students looking to earn a PhD in biomedical science but need an extra step before applying to graduate programs. Accepted applicants are provided with one year of paid research experience in a laboratory with a nationally recognized research mentor in a biomedical science discipline; Graduate Record Exam (GRE) preparation assistance; individual mentoring; assistance with application preparation for PhD graduate programs; career development workshops; and opportunities to travel and network with other scientists throughout the nation.
