Fullbright Week 2025: Info Session TODAY

What is the Fulbright Program?

Established in 1946, the Fulbright Program is highly respected international exchange initiative sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. It provides grants for U.S. citizens to pursue study, conduct research, or teach in more than 160 countries. The program fosters cultural exchange, allowing students to develop global perspectives and build connections across borders.

Fulbright Week at Ohio State

Each year the Office of International Affairs and the Undergraduate Fellowship Office host Fulbright Week, a series of events designed to help students learn about the prestigious Fulbright Program. This event provides undergraduate students with valuable information on opportunities to study, research, or teach abroad.

Fulbright Week 2025 will take place from March 26 through April 11, 2025.

The Fulbright Week event series gives you an opportunity to:

  • Learn about different Fulbright awards and which might be the best fit for you.
  • Receive application guidance.
  • Connect with Fulbright alumni and advisors.
  • Explore funding opportunities.

A great place to start is the Fulbright U.S. Student Program Info Session for Undergraduates, happening TODAY, March 26 from 3:30 to 4:15 PM (virtual session).

The full list of events is available on the OIA website. Most sessions require advance registration. I encourage to you prepare questions to get the most out of the sessions.

Take advantage of Ohio State’s Fulbright Week to learn how you can turn your scientific curiosity into an international experience that advances your career. 🌍✨

Info Sessions: Fulbright and Knight Hennessy Fellowships

The Undergraduate Fellowship Office has reached out to CBC about the following two information sessions:

1. Fulbright U.S. Student Program

Please join Fulbright U.S. Student Program staff from the Institute of International Education (IIE) and Fulbright Alumni Ambassadors for a virtual information session.
