Zero Waste Tailgate – Internship

Image result for zero waste tailgate

Ohio Stadium has been the largest stadium in the nation to achieve Zero Waste status for a few seasons, diverting at least 90 percent of all disposal materials from the landfill through composting, recycling, and re purposing. If this status is to be maintained, waste diversion in the tailgate lots needs to improve.

Zero Waste Tailgate Interns will work in teams to educate and engage fans on proper recycling and waste disposal methods, as well as keeping their assigned lot as clean as possible. Interns will work 6 hours or less on game days and receive $9.00/hour as compensation.
