Charles Gaines: He is an American artist born in 1944. He draws a variety of subject matter and is creative with the medium. It is really interesting the way he creates his artworks. The style is similar to how computers create images. He uses a wide variety of colors that aren’t the colors of the object in real life.
Jim Shaw: He was born on August 8, 1952. He has a large range of art media. He uses a lot of imagery in his art which is very interesting. I am very interested in his art style even though I have not attempted to draw anything like it before. A lot of his drawings use a lot of perspectives as well and it is very effective to convey his imagery.
Nancy Spero: She was born on August 24, 2926. I like her art style in particular because of its simplicity. It captures images using human forms that remind me of cave paintings. It uses this inspiration in creative ways to create her art. It’s not only human bodies but the style of cave paintings. The color she uses to add that feeling of cave paintings. A very somber tone.
