OSUWMC Commuter Shuttle Study

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in our study.

If you received a survey invitation by email, we can assure you that the email is legitimate and is not a phishing attempt. It is safe to click the Qualtrics link.

The purpose of the study is to assess factors that may influence demand for a flexible commuter shuttle serving OSUWMC employees. We would value your input in order to learn how possible service designs would affect your likelihood of using such a hypothetical commuter shuttle service. Dr. Carrel is the principal investigator for this study.

To thank you for participating in the study, we will offer you a free cup of coffee or tea at a café on OSUWMC main campus, a voucher for a SPIN scooter ride, or a small donation by us to a charity of your choice.

Your survey invitation contains a unique link to a Qualtrics survey. The unique link ensures that your responses will be saved if you take a break and return to it later, so please do not share it with anyone else. If someone you know wishes to participate, please ask them to contact us.

Thank you again. Your responses are invaluable and very much appreciated. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
