I really liked your radial image; it reminded me of this movie, Mr. Babadook; it evokes a really dark, black and white German expressionist feel. It also seems to be expanding outward.
My least favorite is the symmetrical image; it just seemed okay and didn’t bring any particular “message” to mind. It also felt rushed maybe.
Regardless, I really liked what you did overall, congrats.
I am most drawn towards the first picture. I really like the flow of the intersecting patterns of white space. Wish I did that more on mine. I think the color compliments it well. Almost like a grassy look but I may be looking too much into it.
I’d say the second one has the least draw. It definitely is good but lacks the uniqueness that the other two have. I feel as though incorporating aspects of the other two pictures (top and bottom) could help the Notan (middle one).
The notan that I like the most would have to be the second one. I personally prefer the more organic look of this one because it interests me more overall. The other two are a bit more predictable/easy to understand, which in my opinion makes them less interesting. Although I do enjoy them all, when I look that the second one, my eye is taken for more of a journey and I have to stare for a bit longer to fully understand the piece and all of its intracacies. Nice job!
