To gain full access to all of the features of a Zoom call that you scheduled, you need to sign in to the Zoom desktop client via SSO.
Launch the Zoom desktop client and click Sign In
Click Sign In with SSO
Use “osu” as the company domain, if you see a box to “Enter your company email” click the I know the company domain link
Log in on Ohio State’s sign in page, click “Launch Zoom”
