Arrive at the James. For Valet parking or patient drop-off, pull into the drive and proceed to the main entrance.

This is the main entrance which will be used for all arrivals.

 

Enter the hospital through two sliding glass doors. You will see the information desk straight ahead. You do not need to stop at the information desk unless you need additional assistance.

 

Upon entry to the hospital, turn left and proceed straight toward the registration sign. As you approach, you will see retractable line dividers on your left. Please step into this line and wait to be called.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once you have completed registration, you will exit like you entered and turn left.

 

Proceed straight until you reach the “A” Elevators on your left. This will be the second hallway on your left, just before the information desk. 

Exit the elevator on the 4th floor. Proceed toward the hallway opening.

 

 

 

Turn left to enter the James Surgery Waiting Room.

Please proceed to the check-in desk to let them know you arrived for surgery. Then, please sit here in the chairs or recliners in the lobby. The surgery staff will be with you shortly.
